This year, we began testing a new content strategy; one where we put faces in feeds to show up like an active participant ourselves. Since relaunch, we’ve had more than 4.5M organic impressions and gained over 40K followers.

From dressing up as a Diet Coke can for Halloween to constantly posting her DC breaks/recipes,
it’s safe to say she’s Diet Coke’s biggest fan. Because of this, we decided to show her some love.
We suprised her with a custom gift inspired by all of her favorite ways to enjoy a Diet Coke break. Not only did Kristen call it “the best PR package she'd ever received,” but she created three tiktoks and multiple IG stories to share with her fans.
